Canada

We ship anywhere in Canada by Canada Post. You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 10 business days* depending on your province once we've processed your order.

U.S. / International

We ship internationally by Canada Post. Shipping costs will apply at checkout page. Duties and brokerage fees are customers responsibility. Delays depend on country destination and shipping mode you choose.*

Special note: Tea caviars

We ship chocolate products to Ontario and Quebec only. No shipping during summer months. We do not guarantee the prevention of melting them, no matter the month or weather forecast. Should it arrive melted, it can still be used. Consume within 4 weeks.

Exchanges and returns

No refund or exchange

All sales are final. We do not offer refund or exchange teas, food products or gift cardsWe recommend that you purchase a sample before selecting a large format.

Wrong, damaged or incomplete product

We make sure to honour your purchase but in case you've received a wrong, damaged or incomplete product, please, email us the details and photos or video of the damaged products within 10 business days, and we will send you the right or another product. 

Simply fill out our Contact form, make sure to include your order number, the reason of your return and your mailing address, and we’ll contact you to receive return instructions.

Note: Depending on where you live, covid delays and busy seasons, it may take time for your exchanged product to arrive.

Out of stock refund

If we are out of stock, we will contact you to replace with another product or issue a refund. Please allow at least three weeks for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
